I received a somewhat frantic call from Allan. He and Jackie had purchased a “New Build” home in Milton, which was closing in just over a month.



They had been listed with another agent for almost two months and were unhappy with  the service and were not sure why the house wasn’t selling. Furthermore, they had two  and a half months more on their listing contract.



I told Allan that unfortunately, I was not allowed to discuss anything about what his  current agent was or wasn’t doing and I could not give him an evaluation or show them my Home Selling System until his listing expired or they asked for and received a  cancellation.



Well, within 3 days, Allan had the contract cancelled with the other brokerage and  invited me over to his home to provide an up-to-date market analysis, as well as show  them my afore-mentioned Home Selling System. They were impressed and decided to  list their home with me and my team.



We ended up selling their home to one of our own buyers (we call this a double-end) for  97% of the asking price. Not only that, but we were able to get them a very quick two week closing date so that they could close on their New-Build Milton home!
